Allen "Python" Jackson, badge No. 3248, is an officer of the Fairview New York SWAT.[1][2]
Background[]
Jackson was 18 years in service (16 in TSS), with a long and distinguished career in SWAT Jackson is described as an athlete and being in peak physical shape. He is an intimidating presence in any operation.
In 2006, under the command of Boss, Jackson helped stop the Stetchkov Syndicate.
In 2008, during the events of SWAT: Target Liberty, he was under the under the command of Kurt Wolfe.
Less than a month later be he is again put under the command of Boss (by then a 15 year veteran).
Gameplay[]
He is a Breaching Specialist, and his skill is Intimidation. As the player plays through Target Liberty, Jackson's Intimidation skill will increase:
- Default: 10% more people will surrender.
- Level 1: 25% more people surrender, can tell the stun level of the nearest character.
- Level 2: 50% more people surrender, can knock people down with punches.
- Level 3: 75% more people surrender, can tell the stun level of all characters.
- Level 4: As many people as possible surrender, can kick down doors with the force of C2.
- Marshall Museum (secret choice): The white locker is located in the museum in the far corner on the left and can only be opened by Python! Go to the locker and press the action button. SG551 "SWAT" upgraded to SG552 "Commando".
Behind the scenes[]
- Based on dates given in the games SWAT: TL appears to take place in 2007 or 2008 roughly same year as SWAT 4 (c. 2007-2008). The game takes place on September and while SWAT 4 takes place less than a month later in October. The character biography years of service in-game match the backgrounds service dates given in SWAT 4 strat guide implying that they take place in the same year.
- SWAT 4: The Stetchkov Syndicate character bio lists Boss' years of service as 16 years or two years less than the main game. Perhaps suggesting TSS is a prequel. Although there maybe inconsistent details in the game itself that suggest it takes place later. The characrrr bios for suspects and civilians also places the game in 2006 (two heard before SWAT4).
