Officer James Horton (Nickname: Princess) is a member of the Los Angeles SWAT. He is one of five children born and raised in Duluth, Minnesota. He is a forme rNavy Seal and the recipient of the Purple Heart for his service in the Y2K Gulf Conflict. Officer Horton is an expert marksman and a member of the climbing cadre.
