Martha Gibbs is an officer at the Lytton Police Department. In 1981, she was reviewed by the I.A. review board for fatally shooting a 211 suspect. Based on an extensive investigation the review board found that the use of deadly force by the officer was justifiable. She is the Evidence Officer at the Lytton Police Station. She held the position for two years.
